Holiday Package Booking Process
Question: What is the amount to hold a holiday package booking?

Answer: To ensure the booking process, we may charge you INR 25,000/US$300 as a token amount that can be paid by using various payment gateways such as Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. For customers are residing outside of India, you can make your payments using Credit Card on PayPal. For urgent and last-minute holiday packages booking or urgent flight ticket reservation, we request you to make full payment of your flight tickets in advance as the flight fares are subject to change various times in a day.

Question: What is the amount to confirm the holiday package booking?

Answer: In order to confirm your holiday booking, you are requested to pay 25% of the cost of total package minus the amount paid at the time of holding the booking. Once the availability of the hotels/flights/transfers/activities are confirmed, the customer will be informed using the communication methods submitted at the time of enquiry. After receiving the information from our holiday specialists, you will have to make the payment of 25% of the cost of the total holiday package minus the amount paid at the time of holding the booking. The booking confirmation amount is requested to be paid within 1-2 days of the communication of availability using the payment methods like Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card and PayPal.

Question: What is the remaining amount to make the full and final payment of my holiday package booking?

Answer: The remaining amount of your holiday package booking shall be paid one month before the travel. In case, the travel period is within a month of query, we request to pay the customer to pay the full amount in advance in one go. Once the payment is received by us, we will acknowledge the receiving of the same via Email or on call.

Question: How am I going to get the invoices and vouchers of my holiday package?

Answer: Once the payment of the holiday package is complete, you will receive the invoices and vouchers of your itinerary through an email which will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of the first communication with ASAP Holidays. In normal circumstances, the vouchers of your travel are provided nearly 7 days prior to your departure. Invoices are generated once the complete payment is made by the customer and received by ASAP Holidays.

Activities Booking Process
Question: How can I select the required activity during my travel?

Answer: For customer who wish to add more activities during their journey with ASAP Holidays, they can go through the activities available at the respective destination on the date of travel and fill up the form with the details such as location and time of Pick-up/drop.

Question: How will get the confirmation of my activity booking?

Answer: Once you have submitted your enquiry about the activity booking, you will receive the call from our holiday specialists with the availability within 4 hours of your query submission.

Question: How can I pay for my booked activity?

Answer: You can make the payment to ASAP Holidays using the payment gateways such as Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/PayPal.

Question: How will I get all the necessary details of the booked activity?

Answer: Once the payment is made by the customer, the customer will receive all the necessary details of the booked activity on the email ID submitted at the time of communication.

Cancellation and Refund
Question: How can I cancel my holiday package booking?

Answer: You can cancel your booking of holiday package by simply getting in touch with our travel agents on call or by email. You will be requested to submit a written authorization to initiate the cancellation process. Please note that the cancellation process is subject to cancellation fees that is paid by the customer.

Question: What are the charges of cancellation of holiday package?

Answer: The cancellation charges are subject to the days remaining between your travel date and the submitting the cancellation request.
- Customers applying for cancellation of package 30 days or more before the departure day shall be charged 25% of the total package cost.
- Customers applying for cancellation of package between 29-15 days before the departure day shall be charged 50% of the total package cost.
- Customers applying for cancellation of package between 14-08 days before the departure day shall be charged 75% of the total package cost.
- Customers applying for cancellation of package 07 days or less before the departure day shall be charged 100% of the total package cost.
- Refund of flight tickets are subject to the respective airline’s cancellation policies at the time of cancellation requested.

Question: How long it takes to process the refund?

Answer: The entire refund process may take between 10-15 working days after successful cancellation of your holiday package.

General FAQ
Question: Why is the conversion rate of Dollar-INR is Rs. 1 higher than the existing exchange Rate?

Answer: Exchange rate to buy and sell the dollar are different in both cases. Furthermore, the transaction is subject to charge for bank fee, which makes it to be Rs. 1 higher per dollar. In addition, the rate of exchange may vary as the rates are based as per the exchange rate on the date of your payment.

Question: Is it possible to make full payment in advance to avoid USD-INR exchange fluctuation in the future?

Answer: Yes! Customers have the facility to make full payment in advance as per the then current exchange rate + INR 1 to avoid any USD-INR exchange fluctuation in the future.

Question: What are the charges for wire/bank transfers to make holiday package booking payment for Non-Indian customers?

Answer: Wire/Bank Transfer charges for overseas payments are subject to vary from bank to bank and shall be borne by the customers only. We recommend our customers to check with the respective bank prior to make payments.

Question: Is it possible to pay in any other currency than INR/USD for my holiday package booking?

Answer: Customers can pay the token money for booking holding in different currencies. However, the remaining amount of booking confirmation and full balance against the holiday booking shall be paid in USD/INR using the bank transfers and wire transfers only. User can get in touch with their bank to convert the currency for such payments into USD/INR.

Question: Can non-Indian customers make the payment of the holiday packages using the credit cards?

Answer: The token amount of the booking can be paid via Credit Cards. However, the booking confirmation and the remaining amount shall be paid by bank/wire transfers only.

Question: Who will be responsible to make my booking and with whom shall I make contact after my booking?

Answer: After making the payment of your booking, your details are sent to the post-sale department for further processing and making your reservations final. The respective team will be sending you the invoices, vouchers, receipts and other documents related to your booking using the email provided at the time of booking. For any further query or issue, you can get in touch with the respective team by giving them a call or sending an email at ops@asapholidays.com.

Question: Is it safe to make the payments for my holiday package booking on your website?

Answer: ASAP Holidays do not keep the record of any card and banking details at the time of your reservation. Every transaction made on www.asapholidays.com is carried by third-party payment gateways that give 100% assurance for secured transactions.

Question: Will I be provided any receipt of the booking holding amount paid by me?

Answer: Yes! Customers will receive the e-receipt for every successful payment made to ASAP Holidays. These e-receipts are sent to the customers on their registered email ID.

Question: Can the advance payment amount of 25% for booking confirmation vary?

Answer: Yes! During the peak business season when hotels and flights come out sold out, our holiday reservation experts may ask for 100% amount of the holiday package booking cost to confirm the booking and make successful reservation. In certain cases, to avoid any last-minute unavailability of flights/hotels/transfers/activities, our holiday experts may ask for more than 25% for booking confirmation against your holiday package booking.

Question: Can Indian customers make payment of booking confirmation and remaining balance of the booking amount using the payment gateways available on the website?

Answer: Yes! Indian customers can make the payments of the booking confirmation and the remaining final amount using the payment gateway. However, 2.5% of payment gateways charge will be added into the amount that will be borne by the customers only. To avoid the payment gateway charges, we recommend our customers to make bank transfers or cash payments at our branches.

Question: Can Overseas customers pay the booking confirmation and remaining final amount using the payment gateway/PayPal or Credit Cards?

Answer: No! Payment using the credit cards, PayPal, and Payment gateways for booking confirmation and remaining final amount shall not be accepted by ASAP Holidays. We only accept the booking confirmation amount and remaining final payment of the holiday package booking using the wire/bank transfers. Customers can easily initiate the procedure by simply visiting their bank and transfer the money in USD/INR into the given account. The process takes nearly 3-4 days* and once the payment is received by us, customers will be acknowledged by the email.

Question: Will I get the receipt of the remaining booking balance amount?

Answer: Yes! Once the payment is received by us, you will receive the invoice stating all the payments made by you to ASAP Holidays in your registered email ID. For payments like booking holding and booking confirmation amount, you will be acknowledged the receiving of the payment by an email.

Question: Do we get vouchers and invoices as soon as the payment is made in full?

Answer: No! In usual cases, the vouchers are given to the customers 7 days prior to the departure date. Invoices for the payments are provided within 3-4 days of receiving the payments.

Frequently Asked Questions for EMI
Question: Can I book my holiday package on EMI (Every Month Installments)?

Answer: At present, ASAP Holidays doesn't provide EMI facilities for holiday package bookings. However, customers making payments with the credit card can check the same with the respective credit card company.
