Detailed Day Wise Itinerary
Day1: Arrival in Mauritius | Meals included: Dinner
With its sandy white beaches, natural lagoons and crystal clear sea water, Mauritius is indeed a tropical paradise. On arrival, you will be greeted by a ASAP Holiday’s representative at Mauritius Airport and transferred to the hotel on a shared basis in coach/bus (seat-in-coach). Upon your arrival at the hotel and completing the check-in formalities, you could relax a bit and enjoy the amenities of the hotels, before ending the evening with a dinner.
Day2: Ile Aux Cerf Tour by Speed Boat* | Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner
A great escape from the busy chaotic city life would be materialized with the Ile Aux Cerf Island excursion. You would be picked-up from the hotel’s lobby (on seat-in-coach) after breakfast and then transferred to the terminal to board a ferry. The speed boat would take you to the island, where you could feast your eyes on the emerald green lagoons and walk on the white patches of sand as the winds and waves calm you down. The island also offers you the opportunity to have some fun and enjoy an array of exhilarating water activities (at your own expense) such as parasailing, tube ride, speedboat rides, flying fish, and banana boats among others. If you wish to walk the bottom of the sea, you could go for an Undersea Walk (at your own expense). This activity is an ultimate experience, as you walk on the seabed and enjoy the underwater world in a safe and secure manner. Here, you can get up-close and personal with the marine life. End the evening, with a delicious dinner and a comfortable stay at the hotel after the eventful day. Note : The included sightseeing may take place on any day of your stay. The final itinerary will be shared with the confirmation voucher post booking.
Day3: Day at Leisure| Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner
On this day, you could relax and enjoy at the hotel. After a delicious breakfast, you could spend the day at leisure by visiting the beaches on the beautiful islands. You could laze around on the sand, take a dip in the waters or sunbathe near the coconut trees. You could also book the Catamaran Cruise with lunch (at your own expense), which is a great way to spend a day in Mauritius. This multi-hulled watercraft offers a beautiful view of the open sea and would take you around the various islands. This cruise lets you enjoy yourself as you spend the day relaxing on the beautiful water, in the lap of luxury. End the evening, with a delicious dinner and a comfortable stay in the hotel after the eventful day.
Day4: North Island Tour* | Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner
After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you would be picked-up from the hotel’s lobby for a full-day sightseeing of the Northern Island on a seat-in-coach basis. During the excursion, you would be visiting the capital city of Port Louis and the French colonial buildings that dates back to 1738. Some of the other places you would be visiting might seem familiar as many Bollywood movies have been shot at these places like Ford Adelaide, Caudan Waterfront, the Cap Malheureux Church and Marie Reine Da La Paix. After taking in the sights, you would get the chance to indulge yourself in shopping at the Jumbo Shopping Mall. The option of a lunch thali (Indian) for INR 1000-1500 (at your own expense) would be available on the tour. Later, you would return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay. Note : The included sightseeing may take place any day during your stay. The final itinerary will be shared with the confirmation voucher post booking.
Day5: Day at Leisure| Meals included: Breakfast & Dinner
Mauritius offers you the chance to experience a whole new world and a rejuvenating holiday. After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you could spend the rest of the day at leisure, wherein, you could visit the beaches, shop for souvenirs or spend the day exploring and enjoying the spirit of Mauritius. The beach holiday also gives you the opportunity to see the most loved water mammals-Dolphins. The cute creatures have always caught the fancy of the world and are one of the most beloved water animals. In the morning you could go on a Dolphin Watch (at your own expense). Here, you would get a chance to see the Dolphins swimming in the open sea and watch as they jump out of the water, while you try to capture the beautiful sights. Another unique experience on the islands is a visit to the Casela Bird Park. The Park allows you to a Walk with Lions (at your own expense). This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is an exciting way to spend your time in Mauritius. The walk is an hour-long exercise, where you would spend time with the lions under proper guidance and supervision of experts. You would end the evening, with a delicious dinner and a comfortable stay at the hotel.
Day6: South Island Tour* | Meals Included: Breakfast & Dinner
After enjoying the delicious breakfast, you would be picked up from the hotel’s lobby for a full-day South Island tour on a seat-in-coach basis. During the excursion, you would visit the extinct volcano of Trou aux Cerfs, followed by a visit to the Ganga Talao or Grand Bassin - a sacred Hindu temple and a holy lake in the crater of another extinct volcano. You would also visit the Coloured Earth Valley, a must-see Mauritian wonder. At the valley, the ground is naturally made up of different colored soil. Another charming addition to the excursion is the mini waterfalls, which add to the beauty of the island. After a full day of sight-seeing, you would return to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay. Note: The included sightseeing may take place on any day during your stay. The final itinerary will be shared with the confirmation voucher post booking.
Day7: Departure from Mauritius | Meals included: Breakfast
Following breakfast at the hotel, you would come onto the last leg of your holiday. After check-out, bid adieu to the beautiful islands as you get ready for your transfer to the airport to board your flight home. The transfer to the Airport would be on a seat-in-coach basis.
