Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, where our representative will greet you with a personalized name placard and guide you to your private transfer. Check in to your hotel and refresh after your journey. As per Vietnam travel norms, the standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs (early check-in subject to availability). Later in the day, enjoy a half-day guided Hanoi city tour on a private basis. Visit major attractions such as the Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter, and explore traditional architectural sites and bustling streets. Wake up to breakfast at your hotel before checking out. Around 8:00 AM, proceed by scenic shuttle bus transfer to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Vietnam’s iconic destinations. The 3-hour journey takes you through picturesque landscapes before reaching the cruise terminal. Board your luxury Ha Long Bay Cruise and enjoy a welcome drink. Relish delicious Vietnamese meals onboard, participate in activities like kayaking, swimming, cave/ island sightseeing, and relax on the sun deck as the cruise sails past limestone cliffs and emerald waters. Stay overnight on the cruise with full-board meals and evening entertainment arranged by the cruise crew.

Begin your day with a light breakfast while the cruise continues through the stunning seascape of Ha Long Bay. Participate in optional morning activities such as Tai Chi or sightseeing before an early lunch on board. Around noon, disembark from the cruise and transfer back to Hanoi by shuttle bus. You will be dropped at Hanoi Airport for your onward flight. Please ensure your flight is booked after 5:00 PM to avoid any rush. For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
