Daywise Itinerary

On your arrival to Kathmandu Airport, you will be received by our tour representative who will usher you to the respective hotel for check-in. After the check-in process is complete, you have the rest of your day for independent leisure to explore the nightlife and marketplaces of the city. Later in the evening, reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today, experience a beautiful morning in Kathmandu with some tasty buffet breakfast at the hotel followed by excursion tour to the fascinating attractions of the city. Your first stop will be at Nagarkot that is a prominent place for witnessing the giant size of nature. Find yourself surrounded by the giant peaks and witness the top 10 highest peaks in the world spanning across the Himalayan mountain range. Later the day, you will be transferred to the Bhaktapur that is among the most picturesque and prominent places known for being the ‘City of Devotees’ and feel the spiritual connection and freshness in the aura. Later in the evening reach back to the hotel for independent leisure followed by an overnight stay.

On this day, you will commence a stunning morning in Kathmandu with a scrumptious breakfast and prepare yourself or a complete day of city sightseeing tour. During the tour, you will be visiting some of the finest temples of the city including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Temple and Swayambhunath Temple that are ideal places to discover the spiritual richness in the entire city. After spending some time in these spiritual places, stroll around at the Old Durbar Square that is a massive complex surrounded by plenty of bewitching architectures and offers a great insight of the daily life and cultural scene of Nepal. In the evening, you will be transferred back to the hotel where you can go and have some independent leisure to explore the marketplaces and witness the nightlife scene before reaching back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

The last day of the trip will give you some delicious bites of the traditional gastronomy of the Nepal followed by check-out of the hotel. As per your flight timings, have some free time for independent leisure and get your transfer back to the airport as per the flight schedule where your journey with ASAP Holidays will be complete with a cart full of golden memories.

Any flight/Railway/Bus Travel charges.
Meals that are not specified in inclusions.
Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
