Welcome to Azerbaijan! Upon arrival at Baku International Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, the day is free for relaxation. You can explore nearby streets, enjoy a walk along the Caspian Sea promenade, or simply unwind at the hotel. Get your first glimpse of Baku’s blend of modern architecture and ancient soul. After a hearty breakfast, begin your full-day exploration of Baku. Start at the UNESCO-listed Old City (Icherisheher) where you’ll see the Maiden Tower and Shirvanshah’s Palace, reflecting centuries of history. Continue to the futuristic Heydar Aliyev Center, a masterpiece designed by Zaha Hadid. Spend time shopping and dining on Nizami Street, followed by a visit to Fountain Square, where locals and tourists gather in a lively setting. For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
