Arrive at Baku International Airport, where you will be greeted by our representative for a private transfer to Teatro Boutique Hotel. After check-in, relax and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. If time permits, you can take a gentle evening stroll along Baku Boulevard, enjoy the views of the Caspian Sea, or explore the nearby streets filled with cafes and shops. After breakfast at your hotel, explore Baku with a guided city tour. Begin at the Icherisheher Old City, a UNESCO site with cobblestone streets and historic monuments such as the Maiden Tower and the Palace of Shirvanshahs. Visit the lively Nizami Street for shopping and dining, then relax at Fountain Square, a popular city hub. In the afternoon, marvel at the curving form of the Heydar Aliyev Center, Baku’s most celebrated modern landmark. As the day ends, visit the illuminated Flame Towers, which dominate Baku’s skyline. For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
