Your Azerbaijan holiday begins as you land at Baku International Airport. Our representative will greet you and transfer you to Teatro Boutique Hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for leisure. You can relax at the hotel or step outside to get a first glimpse of Baku Boulevard and the lively atmosphere of the capital city. Overnight stay in Baku.

After breakfast, set out on a guided Baku city tour covering the iconic landmarks. Walk through the UNESCO-listed Old City (Icherisheher), visiting the Maiden Tower and Shirvanshah’s Palace. Continue to the modern side of Baku with a stop at the Heydar Aliyev Center, an architectural masterpiece by Zaha Hadid. Later, shop along Nizami Street, enjoy Fountain Square, and admire the glowing Flame Towers in the evening. Overnight stay in Baku.

Start the day with breakfast, followed by a cultural journey to Shamakhi, one of Azerbaijan’s oldest cities. Explore Juma Mosque and Yeddi Gumbaz Mausoleum, both rich in history. Later, continue to the Absheron Peninsula where you will visit Ateshgah Fire Temple, a UNESCO heritage site, and Yanar Dag, the world-famous Burning Mountain where natural flames blaze from the earth. Return to Baku for an overnight stay.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the day at leisure. You may relax along Baku Boulevard, ride the Baku Eye Ferris wheel, or shop at modern malls. Enjoy your final breakfast in Baku. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Later, our representative will transfer you to the airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your Azerbaijan adventure with wonderful memories.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
