Upon arrival at Baku International Airport, you will be greeted by our tour representative who will assist with hotel transfers. After check-in, take some time to refresh and relax. Depending on your flight timings, you can enjoy a leisurely evening exploring Baku Boulevard, a popular seaside promenade along the Caspian Sea, dotted with parks, cafes, and shops. This area is particularly lively at night with locals strolling and enjoying outdoor performances. Overnight stay in Baku.

After breakfast, set out for a full-day Baku City Tour. Step into the past with a guided walk through the Icherisheher Old City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with winding alleys, local souvenir boutiques, and two of Azerbaijan’s most iconic monuments: the Maiden Tower and the Palace of Shirvanshahs. Later, stroll along Nizami Street and Fountain Square, both buzzing with international brands, charming cafes, and lively street musicians. Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may spend the remaining time roaming local bazaars, perfect for buying souvenirs like carpets, pottery, or Azerbaijani tea. Alternatively, enjoy a final stroll along the Caspian Sea promenade or visit Little Venice, a charming canal-side attraction with gondola rides. For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
