Upon your arrival to Kathmandu Airport, you will be received by our tour representative who will usher you straight to the designated budget hotel in the city where you will check-in and enjoy the rest of your day in independent leisure. Take some rest and have an overnight stay in the city.

On this day, you will be enjoying a tasty breakfast in the morning at the hotel followed by your Kathmandu city tour that covers some of the most picturesque and spiritually rich places in the city including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Temple and Swayambhunath Temple for plenty of serenity and tranquillity. After your sightseeing tour, enjoy some independent leisure time at the old Durbar Square to witness the culture and lifestyle of the city. After your city tour, you will be transferred back to the hotel where you can either choose to rest or can go out for independent leisure to witness the nightlife of the city followed by an overnight stay.

Today, get up early, enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and check-out to get your transfer to the Pokhara by road. The road trip will take nearly5-6 hours by road and take you through plenty of scenic valleys, towns and villages offering a glimpse of rich culture. After reaching to the enchanting city of Pokhara, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in followed by independent leisure and an overnight stay.

Enjoy a beautiful and refreshing morning in Pokhara with a delicious breakfast at the hotel followed by a half day Pokhara city tour. The tour will cover plenty of outstanding attractions of the city including Bindebasini Temple, Gupteshwar Cave and the Devi Falls that are known to be among the most promising places you can come across to witness the nature, culture and lifestyle of Pokhara. After your city tour, you will be transferred back to the hotel where you can enjoy the rest of your day with independent leisure followed by an overnight stay.

On this day, you will be enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out from the hotel in Pokhara and transfer by road to Kathmandu. Enjoy a magnificent road trip that consist for nearly 6-7 hours in total and offer some panoramic views of the valleys. Upon the arrival to Kathmandu, get transferred to the respective hotel for check-in and independent leisure followed by overnight stay.

On your last day of the trip, you will be enjoying a lip-smacking breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out process. After the check-out you have the rest of the day based on the return flight timings for independent leisure. As per your flight schedule, reach back to the pick-up point to get your airport transfer where your trip to Nepal with ASAP Holidays will complete and you will proceed further in your trip with loads of outstanding and bewitching memories.

Entry fee of attractions and monuments and Guide Charges.
Permissions for camera usage.
Any Tour and Sightseeing not mentioned in the inclusion.
Any flight/Railway/Bus Travel charges.
Meals that are not specified in inclusions.
Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
