Daywise Itinerary

On the day of your arrival, you will be received by our tour representative at the airport and will be transferred to the designated luxurious hotel in Kathmandu by a private A/C car. After you reach to the hotel, check-in into your room and enjoy the rest of your day with independent leisure. Later in the evening, reach back to the hotel to enjoy a splendid overnight stay.

The first morning in Kathmandu will give you some delicious delights with a scrumptious buffet breakfast in the hotel. After having some tasty bites, get ready to go on a magnificent city tour to Kathmandu that will take you through some of the most prominent spiritual hubs of Kathmandu including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Temple and Swayambhunath Temple. After your visit to these places, have a stroll around Old Durbar Square that is known for its zealous lifestyle and a perfect place to discover the culture and daily life of the natives. Later the day, you will be transferred back to the hotel where you can choose to enjoy some luxurious hospitality or can go out and have some independent leisure to witness the nightlife and marketplaces of the city. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel and take some quality rest.

Today, begin a majestic morning in Kathmandu with some astonishing early-morning breakfast followed by check-out and transfer to the enthralling city of Pokhara. The road trip takes nearly 6-7 hours in total through some picturesque valleys and outstanding remote areas in the surrounding. Upon your arrival to Pokhara, check-in to the hotel and enjoy the rest of your day for independent leisure before you reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On 4th day of your trip, you will be enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel followed by half-day of city tour that will cover some of the most outstanding and remarkable attractions of the city including Bindebasini Temple, Gupteshwar Cave and the Devi Falls. In the second half of the day, you will be transferred back where you can enjoy the rest of your day doing independent leisure. Reach back to the hotel later in the evening to have an overnight stay.

Your last morning in Pokhara will offer you some scrumptious breakfast at the hotel buffet followed by check-out process and a transfer to Kathmandu by road. The trip will take nearly 6-7 hours in total before you reach back to the Nepalese capital and check-in to the hotel. Have the rest of your day for independent leisure and explore the markets and nightlife scene of Kathmandu. Reach back to the hotel later in the evening for an overnight stay.

On the last day of your trip, you will be enjoying some bewitching breakfast at the buffet of the hotel followed by check-out and transfer to the airport where your journey with ASAP Holidays will complete with endless beautiful memories and loads of happening delights.

Any flight/Railway/Bus Travel charges.
Meals that are not specified in inclusions.
Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
