Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred for a scenic flight to Pokhara, a gateway to the Annapurna region. After checking in at your hotel, enjoy a relaxing evening by the serene Phewa Lake or stroll around the vibrant Lakeside area. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

After breakfast, drive from Pokhara to Nayapul, a popular starting point for treks in the Annapurna region. Begin your trek through terraced farmlands, charming villages, and lush forests. For those preferring a shorter hike, overnight stay is arranged at Tikhedhunga; otherwise, continue uphill to Ulleri for an early start to the next day. The trek duration is approximately 4–6 hours. Overnight stay in Tikhedhunga or Ulleri.

Following breakfast, continue trekking through rhododendron forests and picturesque mountain trails. The trail gradually ascends to Ghorepani at 2,860 meters, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Enjoy the peaceful Himalayan atmosphere and the hospitality of local lodges. The hike takes approximately 5–6 hours. Overnight stay in Ghorepani.

Wake up early for a short hike to Poon Hill at 3,210 meters to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, a highlight of the Poonhill Trek. After capturing stunning mountain views, trek down to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara. Spend the evening exploring Pokhara or relaxing at your hotel. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive back to Kathmandu. Admire the panoramic mountain views and lush countryside along the route. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, perhaps exploring Thamel or enjoying a cultural stroll around Kathmandu. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport, ensuring arrival at least three hours prior to your departure. Say farewell to Nepal, carrying memories of stunning Himalayan views, charming villages, and an unforgettable trekking experience.

Visa fees (obtainable on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu).

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
