Upon your arrival to the Kathmandu Airport, you will be received by our tour representative that will take you to the designated hotel for check-in. After your check-in, you have the rest of your day for independent leisure. Reach back to the hotel later in the evening for an overnight stay.

Today, start a lovely morning in the scenic city of Kathmandu by having some scrumptious bites of delicious delicacies in the buffet breakfast at the hotel. After your breakfast, get going on the spectacular excursion to the Nagarkot. The place is globally famous for a fantastic view of 10 of the highest peaks in the world. Spend some time here gazing around and understanding the massive size of nature. After the excursion, you will be ushered to the Bhaktapur, a pristine valley of Kathmandu. The place is known as a highly spiritual place and features plenty of scenic places that houses the indescribable features. Spend the rest of your day here before you are being transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On your 3rd day of the trip, commence your morning with lovely bites of dishes in the buffet breakfast at the hotel followed by Kathmandu spiritual city tour. You will be taken to some of the most spiritual places of the city as well as the nation including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Temple and Swayambhunath Temple to experience the spirituality in serene places. After your visit to the temples, stroll around the Old Durbar Square for some quality exposure of the culture and lifestyle of natives. Later the day, you will be transferred back to the hotel and you will have the rest of your day for independent leisure. During the time, you can visit the marketplaces, explore the nightlife and experience the other side of the city and its surrounding. Later in the evening, reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On the last day of your trip, you will be savouring on some delicious dishes from the native gastronomy in the buffet breakfast at the hotel followed by checking-out from the hotel. Based on your return flight timings, you have the rest of your day for independent leisure. Please be noted that for safety checks and smooth transit, you will be required to reach to the airport at least 3 hours prior to the departure time of your flight. Reach to the pick-up point in time for the transfer to the Kathmandu Airport where your journey with ASAP Holidays will complete with peerless experiences.

Permissions for camera usage.
Any Tour and Sightseeing not mentioned in the inclusion.
Any flight/Railway/Bus Travel charges.
Meals that are not specified in inclusions.
Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
