Daywise Itinerary

On the day of your arrival, you will be received by our tour representative at the Kathmandu Airport and will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. Once the check-in procedure is done, you will have the rest of your day for independent leisure followed by overnight stay.

On your first morning of beautiful Nepal summer holiday, you will be beginning your day with some tasty breakfast at the hotel buffet followed by an excursion tour to the Nagarkot. The place is widely popular for the awesome surrounding of the highest peaks in the world and a glimpse of the Himalayan mountain range. After spending some quality time gazing up at the mountain peaks, you will be transferred to the Bhaktapur that is a fascinating place located 20 kilometres from the capital and is a prominent spirituality hub in the nation. Spend your rest of your day here before you are transferred back to the hotel for independent leisure followed by an overnight stay.

Today, commence your morning in Kathmandu with some scrumptious breakfast at the hotel followed by Kathmandu City Tour that will help you visit some of the highly attractive and touristy places in the city including Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Temple and Swayambhunath Temple that are some of the pioneer places for peerless spirituality experience. After half of your day exploring the temples, spend some time at the Old Durbar Square and witness the tradition, lifestyle, daily life and architecture of the region. Later the day, you will be transferred back to the hotel where you will get plenty of time for independent leisure and explore the nightlife scene of the city. Get back to the hotel later in the evening for an overnight stay.

On the last day of your trip to Nepal, you will be tasting some delicious bites of cultural gastronomy in the buffet breakfast followed by check-out. After your check-out, based on your flight timings, you have the rest of your day for independent leisure. Reach to the pick-up point according to the flight time to get your transfer back to the airport where your trip to Nepal with ASAP Holidays will complete on a happy note and you will proceed ahead in your journey.

Any flight/Railway/Bus Travel charges.
Meals that are not specified in inclusions.
Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
