Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. After check-in, you can rest and acclimatize or explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, known for its shops, cafes, and cultural vibrancy. Kathmandu provides a perfect introduction to Nepalese culture, and you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city.

Today is reserved for trek preparations. You will meet your licensed trekking guide, obtain necessary permits, and finalize your trekking gear. You can also explore Thamel for souvenirs, local handicrafts, and last-minute essentials. This day ensures you are fully ready for the upcoming Mardi Himal Trek.

After breakfast, begin your scenic journey to Pokhara. The drive takes approximately 6-7 hours along the picturesque route, offering views of terraced fields, rivers, and foothills of the Himalayas. On arrival, relax by the serene Phewa Lake or stroll through the Lakeside area, enjoying the peaceful ambiance of Pokhara.

Today starts with a drive from Pokhara to Kande. From Kande, the trek to Deurali begins, ascending gradually through lush forests and open landscapes. Along the trail, enjoy spectacular views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre. The trek covers about 6 kilometers in 3-4 hours, ending at Deurali where you will stay in a Tea House.

Continue trekking from Deurali to Rest Camp, approximately 8 kilometers, taking 4-5 hours. The trail passes through dense rhododendron forests and offers expansive mountain views. Rest Camp provides a tranquil spot to enjoy the alpine scenery and prepare for higher elevations.

The trek to High Camp is around 7 kilometers and takes 4-5 hours. As you ascend above the tree line, vegetation thins and the panorama of Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, and surrounding peaks becomes more impressive. High Camp is the gateway to the Mardi Himal Base Camp hike, offering spectacular mountain vistas.

This is the highlight of the trek. Begin early to hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp at 4,500 meters, offering breathtaking views of the Mardi Himal, Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, and other peaks. After soaking in the scenery, return to High Camp and descend to Badal Danda at 3,220 meters. The trek covers approximately 10 kilometers and takes 7-8 hours, providing a full Himalayan experience.

Descend to Siding through terraced fields and forested trails, covering 11 kilometers in 5-6 hours. From Siding, drive back to Pokhara where you can relax, enjoy the lakeside ambiance, and reflect on the incredible trek through the Annapurna region.

After breakfast, start the return journey to Kathmandu. This scenic drive allows you to revisit the landscapes of Nepal and offers one last opportunity to enjoy local sights before reaching the capital. Spend the evening exploring Kathmandu or shopping for souvenirs.

Today marks the conclusion of your Mardi Himal Trek adventure. Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight home, carrying unforgettable memories of Nepal’s mountains, culture, and natural beauty.

Visa fees on arrival in Kathmandu.
Personal travel insurance for emergencies, trip cancellations, or health.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
