Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel Surya Heritage. Rest after your flight and prepare for your Everest Base Camp trek. Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, is known for its ancient temples, vibrant streets, and gateway to Himalayan adventures. Evening at leisure to explore nearby areas or relax at the hotel.

Spend the day exploring Kathmandu’s cultural highlights. Optional sightseeing includes UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa. Use this time to obtain trekking permits, finalize gear, and meet your guide for pre-trek briefing. Prepare for the high-altitude adventure ahead.

Take an early morning scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, often regarded as one of the most thrilling flights in the world due to dramatic Himalayan views. Begin your trek along the Dudh Koshi River, walking through lush forests, suspension bridges, and small Sherpa villages. Reach Phakding, a quiet village perfect for your first night in the Everest region.

Trek through forests, cross iconic suspension bridges, and gradually ascend to Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa hub of the Khumbu region. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of mountains like Thamserku and Kusum Kanguru. Namche Bazaar offers quaint teahouses, markets, and local culture, making it ideal for shopping and exploring local Sherpa life.

Spend the day acclimatizing to the higher altitude at Namche Bazaar. Optional hikes include a short trek to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Explore the local market, interact with Sherpa locals, or visit the Sagarmatha National Park Museum to learn about Himalayan flora, fauna, and mountaineering history.

Descend slightly to cross the Dudh Koshi River before ascending to Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual heart of the Khumbu region. The monastery offers breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The trail passes through rhododendron forests, pine trees, and Sherpa settlements, giving you a perfect glimpse of Himalayan trekking culture.

Trek through Pangboche village and gradually ascend to Dingboche. The terrain changes to more barren landscapes as you enter higher altitudes. Enjoy views of Ama Dablam, Island Peak, and other stunning Himalayan peaks. Dingboche is a picturesque alpine village, ideal for acclimatization and experiencing local Sherpa hospitality.

Acclimatize with optional hikes around Dingboche. Hike to Nagarjun Hill or nearby peaks to gain altitude safely while enjoying panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Rest in Dingboche to prepare for the high-altitude trek ahead

Trek further into the high alpine region towards Lobuche. The trail becomes more rugged, passing moraine valleys and glacial landscapes. Enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Khumbu Glacier and surrounding peaks. Overnight in Lobuche lodge, experiencing the quiet, remote beauty of the Everest region

Trek to Gorakshep, leaving your heavy luggage at the lodge. From Gorakshep, hike to Everest Base Camp, standing at the foot of the world’s highest mountain. Capture iconic Himalayan landscapes and glaciers while soaking in the sense of accomplishment. Return to Gorakshep for the night.

Wake up early for a hike to Kala Patthar, the best viewpoint for sunrise over Mount Everest. Descend to Gorakshep and continue trekking down to Pheriche. The descent provides a unique perspective of the Everest region while enjoying mountain scenery and alpine flora. Overnight in Pheriche lodge.

Retrace your steps through Dingboche and Tengboche to reach Namche Bazaar. Enjoy the descent through Sherpa villages, rhododendron forests, and panoramic Himalayan views. Overnight in Namche Bazaar lodge, revisiting the cultural hub of the Khumbu region.

Continue trekking back to Lukla along the Dudh Koshi River valley, passing Phakding. Relish your last views of the towering Himalayan peaks and farewell the villages you passed through. Overnight at Lukla lodge.

Take a short flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, enjoying aerial views of the Himalayas one last time. Celebrate the successful completion of your Everest Base Camp trek. Overnight at Hotel Surya Heritage.

After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey. Carry unforgettable memories of the Everest region, Sherpa culture, and Himalayan landscapes.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
