Arrival: Arrive at Leh Airport, where our representative will receive you and assist with your hotel transfer. Check-in: Check into your hotel and rest to acclimatize to the high altitude (11,500 ft). Leisure Day: Avoid exertion; take short walks nearby or relax at the hotel. Overnight Stay: Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Local Exploration: After breakfast,towards Aryan valley and head out for a full day of sightseeing around Leh. Shanti Stupa – for panoramic views of the city Leh Palace – a 17th-century royal residence Hall of Fame – a museum maintained by the Indian Army Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and the confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers Leisure Evening: Explore the local Leh Market for souvenirs and cafes. Overnight Stay: Return to the hotel in Leh.Breakfast and Dinner

Morning: After breakfast, Ride towards Nubra Valley, passing through the famous Khardungla Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Ride Duration: Approx. 4–5 hours. Khardungla Pass (17,582 ft): Stop at the top to take in the breathtaking views and click some memorable pictures amidst the snow-capped mountains. Continue Ride: Resume your journey through the winding roads surrounded by rugged landscapes and scenic valleys. Diskit Monastery: En route, visit the Diskit Monastery, known for its ancient architecture and a giant statue of Maitreya Buddha overlooking the valley. Hunder: Reach Hunder village, known for its white sand dunes and the rare double humped Bactrian camels. Enjoy a peaceful evening in the valley. Breakfast and Dinner

Morning: After breakfast, begin your journey towards Pangong Lake via the scenic Shayok route. Ride Duration: Approx. 5–6 hours. Shayok River Route: Ride along the picturesque Shayok River, offering stunning views of rugged mountains and remote villages. Enroute Breaks: Stop at various scenic spots for photography and to soak in the tranquil atmosphere of the region. Arrival at Pangong: Reach Pangong Lake by afternoon. The lake is famous for its ever changing hues and breathtaking beauty. Leisure Time: Spend the evening by the lake, enjoying the serene surroundings. Overnight stay at a camp near Pangong Lake. Morning at Pangong: Wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the lake and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with the view. Scenic Ride: Begin your return journey to Leh via the iconic Changla Pass (17,590 ft), the third highest motorable road in the world. Ride Duration: Approx. 6–7 hours. Stop at Changla Baba Temple Pass through Sakti Village with views of the Zanskar Range Arrival in Leh: Reach Leh by evening and check into your hotel. Evening: Free time to rest or explore Leh Market. Overnight Stay: Dinner and overnight stay in Leh. Breakfast and Dinner.

Transfer: After breakfast, check out and proceed to Leh Airport for your onward journey. Trip Ends: Take back memories of Ladakh's surreal beauty, monasteries, and high passes.

Personal expenses like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, mineral water or food which is not a part of the group's set meal menu.
Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency. Cost of any optional activity or service.
Any extra cost incurred due to natural calamities like Flood, Earthquake, Landslides or any other calamities like Political issues and Strikes.
Anything specifically not mentioned. In case of an accident, the customer will be responsible for any damages caused by them.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
