Daywise Itinerary

The amazing trip to Ladakh will begin from the time you reach the Leh Airport and our executive will meet you. Later, you will get your transfer to the hotel for check-in and welcome drinks (coffee/tea) on arrival. Then, you will get plenty of time to relax followed by transfer to the Shanti Stupa and the local market. In the evening, you will get your transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

On day 2, you will be enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the Indus Valley Monastery excursion. To begin with, you will be visiting the Hemis Gompa followed by a tour to the Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace and Sindhu Ghat. Later in the evening, you will return back to the hotel for some independent leisure time followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

On day 3, you will begin your morning with a delicious breakfast and check-out from the hotel to get going on the blissful road trip to the Nubra Valley. On your way to Nubra, you will be having a stop at the Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable road in the world, located at an altitude of over 5600 metres above sea level. From Khardung La Pass, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the ridges and peaks of the Zanskar range. Later, you will proceed towards the Nubra Valley and as you reach, you will check-in into your hotel/camp for some delicious dinner followed by a lovely overnight stay.

On day 4, you will commence your morning with a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel/camp followed by the check-out procedure. Later, you will embark on the road trip to Pangong Tso. During this 6 hours road trip, you will be enjoying the gorgeous views of endless mountain terrains and valleys. On your arrival to the Pangong Tso, you will check-in into your camp and enjoy the remaining day at leisure followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

On day 5, you will wake up with the chirping beautiful sound of the migrating birds and have an early morning breakfast beside the lake. After a quality time here, you will proceed on your road trip to Leh and pay a visit to the Hemis Gompa on your way to the city. As you reach Leh, you will check-in into your hotel and get the remaining day at leisure along with the dinner and an overnight stay.

On day 6, you will start your morning with a refreshing breakfast at the hotel and check-out from the property to have a long road trip to the Lamayuru Village. On your way to Lamayuru, you will be visiting some key attractions of the Ladakh region including the Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Confluence of Zanskar and Indus River, Likir Monastery, Ridzong Monastery and a few more attractions. As you reach to Lamayuru, you will check-in into your hotel/camp for a ravishing dinner and an overnight stay.

On day 7, you will commence your day with some lip-smacking breakfast at the hotel/camp and check-out from the property to head back to the Leh city. On your way to Leh, you will be visiting the 11th century Lamayuru Monastery, Moon Landscape, Alchi Gompa and some picturesque mountains en route. As you reach the Leh city, you will check-in into your hotel and get the remaining day at leisure followed by tasty dinner and stunning overnight stay at the hotel.

On day 8, you will savour on some energy replenishing breakfast at the hotel and pack your bags to check-out from the hotel. Later, you will be provided with your airport transfer to the Leh Airport. Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
