Daywise Itinerary

In time transfer to the airport to connect the flight for Leh. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to Hotel. Rest day at leisure to Acclimatize for the whole day. Overnight & Dinner at Hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for a day SS trip to Gurudwara Pather Saab, Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill & Confluence Point (Sangam). Return to Leh for dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel.Early Morning Leave NUBRA VALLEY passing thru Horzey & Gangles Village. The road then rises to reach Khardung La (5602 Mts.) the world's highest Motorable road & enjoy the landscape & the beautiful birds eye view of the Leh town. Halt for a picnic at Khardungla village + Another 35 Kms drive takes you to Khalsar at Shyok Valley, where the scenery is all around. The road after crossing Khalsar Bridge at Shyok River enters Nubra Valley & then proceeds along the Nubra River to arrive in the afternoon at Tegar or Kyegar as locally called. Meals & Overnight stay at the Camp.

After Breakfast, transfer to Pangong via Agham Shyok Road. This route follows the Shyok River from Agham to Shyok Village, 36 km. However, 14 km past Agham the road crosses the river without a bridge. In summer the river is far too dangerous to ford, making it impossible to reach the other side. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.

01 NAC Xylo / Tavera (upto 7 Pax) & Tempo Traveler (08 Pax onwards) for Arrival & Departure from Leh Airport to Hotel & vice versa.

Exclusions

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
