The time you arrive to Cochin airport/railway station/bus stand, you will be picked up by our tour representative to begin your journey with ASAP Holidays. After your pick up, you will be transferred to the designated hotel at Munnar for check-in along with a warm welcome at the hotel. Once you settle in into your room, you have the rest of your day for independent leisure. Reach back to the hotel later in the evening to enjoy a luxurious overnight stay.

Today, you will begin your morning with some tasty breakfast at the hotel buffet in Munnar followed by your sightseeing tour across the scenic city of Munnar. The first stop in your sightseeing tour will be Eravikulam National Park that treasures the incredible gems from the flora and fauna of the region and offer the natural lifestyle of the rare species found in the state and in nearby areas. After spending a great deal of time here, you will be proceeding further in your sightseeing tour and visiting to the Mattupetty Dam, Old Munnar Town and Town Market for some independent leisure and understanding the culture as well as lifestyle of the region. After a quality sightseeing tour, reach back to your amazing hotel property for an overnight stay.

Today, you will be enjoying an early-morning breakfast at the buffet in the Munnar Hotel followed by checking-out from the hotel and transfer to the stunning landscapes of Thekkady. Upon your arrival to the designated hotel in Thekkady, you will get a fantastic sightseeing tour that will take you to the scenic and naturally blissful lands of Periyar Wildlife Reserve and Periyar Lake for plenty of experiences and adventurous activities (to be paid by the customer on site). After a whole day of excursion across the stunning city of Thekkady, you will be transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On your 4th day of the trip, you will be savouring on some of the finest delicacies of the Thekkady at the buffet breakfast in hotel followed by your checking-out process and proceed further to Alleppey. The road trip consists for nearly 4 hours in total and will take you to the astounding backwaters of Alleppey. Upon your arrival to Alleppey, you will be checking-in into your houseboat that offers a magnificent staying experience with luxurious amenities as well as lunch and dinner for the day. Spend some quality time with your love and rejuvenate your love life again. Have an overnight stay here and enjoy a fascinating accommodation experience whilst sailing through the majestic backwaters of Kerala.

On the last day of the trip, you will be enjoying a fabulous breakfast at the speedboat followed by your checking-out from the houseboat. After your check-out, you will be transferred to the Cochin Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand where your trip with ASAP Holidays will complete and you will proceed ahead in your journey with plenty of gorgeous memories.

Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
