On your arrival to the Cochin Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand, you will be picked-up by our tour representative and will be transferred to the designated hotel in Munnar. After reaching to the hotel, you will be welcomed with check-in where you can spend the rest of your day for independent leisure. Reach back to the hotel later in the evening for an overnight stay.

Your very first morning of the trip will commence with some delicious breakfast at the hotel buffet followed by your Munnar sightseeing tour that will take you to some of the most prominent and touristy places in the city. Your first stop will be Eravikulam National Park that is known for its extensive range of rare species of flora and fauna found in the region. After spending a great deal of time from the day, you will be getting ahead in your journey and will be visiting Mattupetty Dam, Old Munnar Town and Town Market for sightseeing and independent leisure. Later in the evening, you will be transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On your 3rd day of the trip, start your morning with an energy replenishing breakfast at the hotel buffet followed by your check-out from the hotel. After your check-out, you will be transferred to the scenic city of Thekkady. Upon your arrival, you will be checking-in at the hotel and have rest for some time. In the second half of the day, you will commence your sightseeing tour in Thekkady that will take you to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Periyar Lake that are known as the most fabulous places for both nature and adventure. Spend your entire day here and indulge yourself in various experiences and activities (need to be paid at the location by the customer) to add some excitement in your romantic escape. After a long day of sightseeing, reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today, you will start your morning in Thekkady with some scrumptious early-morning breakfast at the hotel followed by checking-out. After your check-out, you will be transferred to the picturesque backwaters of Alleppey where you will be checking-in into the majestic and dreamy luxurious houseboat. Cruise around for the rest of your day in the houseboat along with lunch and dinner as per the time and experience the romantic vibes the backwaters offer with refreshing sites. Have an overnight stay at the houseboat and get cosy in the incredible freshness of Alleppey.

On your last day of the trip, you will be enjoying a delicious breakfast at the houseboat followed by checking-out and transfer to the Cochin. On your arrival to Cochin, you will be transferred to the airport/bus stand/railway station as per the preference where your journey with ASAP Holidays will compete with loads of romantic memories and you will proceed ahead in your trip.

Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
