Daywise Itinerary

Upon your arrival to Cochin airport/railway station, you will be transferred to the hotel in Munnar where you will check-in in the room and relax for sometime before you get the rest of the day for independent leisure followed by overnight stay.

Today, you will start treasuring your experiences beginning from a lovely buffet breakfast in the hotel followed by the sightseeing tour that will usher you to the Eravikulam National Park (entry fee excluded). Here, you can discover the array of flora and fauna found in the region. After your excursion through the national park, you will be ushered to the Mattupetty Dam, Old Munnar Town and Town Market for independent leisure. Reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay and take rest for the night.

On your last day in Munnar, you will start your day with some tasty breakfast followed by checking-out from the hotel and get transferred to the hotel in Thekkady by road trip in A/C cab. After reaching to the scenic city of Thekkady, you will be visiting to the Periyar Wildlife sanctuary and Periyar Lake (entry fee and activity charges excluded) for some adventurous activities on personal expense. After spending an entire day here, you will be transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Begin your 4th day of the trip with some tasty breakfast in the Thekkady followed by checking-out from the hotel and transfer by road to the awesome town of Kovalam. After reaching to Kovalam, you will be checking-in into your hotel and relax till you are picked-up from sightseeing tour at Kovalam Beach. Here at the beach, you have plenty of activities to indulge yourself in (on personal expense) including parasailing, surfing, motorboat ride etc. till the sunset that makes the beach a perfect place to enjoy a romantic getaway. Later in the evening, you will be transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today, you will start your day with an early-morning breakfast followed by same-day excursion to the enigmatic and culturally rich city of Kanyakumari and discover the magnificent art, culture and lifestyle of this amazing cosmopolitan city. Reach back to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.

On your last day in Kovalam, you will be served with some tasty dishes from the buffet breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out process from the hotel and transfer to the Alleppey hotel. During your road trip, you will be visiting the Padmanabapuram Palace which is known as among the most ravishing and dazzling attractions in the region. After reaching to the hotel, you will check-in at the hotel and have the rest of your day for independent leisure followed by your overnight stay at the hotel.

Your last day of the trip will commence with a tasty buffet breakfast at the hotel in Alleppey followed by your check-out and transfer to the Cochin Airport/Railway Station where your trip with ASAP Holidays will be completed with an array of outstanding experiences and proceed further in your journey.

Exclusions

Entry fee of attractions and monuments not mentioned in the inclusion.
Permissions for camera usage.
Any Tour and Sightseeing not mentioned in the inclusion.
Any flight/Railway/Bus Travel charges.
Meals that are not specified in inclusions.
Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

The Package is Refundable
Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
