Your trip to Kerala with ASAP Holidays will begin from the time you reach to the Cochin Airport and get picked-up from our representative that will usher you to the scenic city of Munnar in a private A/C car. Upon your arrival to the Munnar, you will be ushered to the hotel for check-in and you will have the rest of the day for independent leisure till your overnight stay at the hotel.

Your very first morning of the trip and in the picturesque and aromatic destination of Munnar will commence with a refreshing and tasty buffet breakfast at the hotel followed by a sightseeing tour. The sightseeing tour will take you to the Eravikulam National Park (Entry Fee Direct Payment) where you will enjoy exploring the range of flora and fauna found the Land of Gods. After your visit to the Eravikulam, you will be visiting some of the finest attractions of the city including Mattupetty Dam, Town Market and Old Town for some lifestyle and nightlife scene. Reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today, you are going to begin your day with some tasty buffet breakfast at the hotel followed by checking-out process and transfer to the scenic town of Thekkady. Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in process and relax for some time. Later the day, you will get the chance to visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary for some amazing activities with a transfer to the sanctuary. You can also enjoy some romantic experiences by going for bamboo rafting (direct payment) at the Periyar River to have some romantic time with the love of your life. Later in the evening, you will be transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On this day, you will start your morning with a scrumptious breakfast followed by check-out from the hotel and transfer to the magnificent backwaters of Alleppey by road. Upon your arrival to Alleppey, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. Spend the rest of your day in the hotel as independent leisure followed by an overnight stay in the picturesque surroundings.

Your last day of the trip will commence with some tasty breakfast at the Alleppey followed by your transfer to the Cochin Airport/Railway Station where your trip to Kerala with ASAP Holidays will complete with loads of picturesque moments.

Any flight/Railway/Bus Travel charges.
Meals that are not specified in inclusions.
Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.
Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusion.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
