Daywise Itinerary

On Arrival at Leh you have to report at Hotel by own (we will book the hotel) Rest of the time, take full rest for body acclimatization PS: In the Evening you will meet and greet the Bike Expedition Team (Marshal, Mechanic, backup van Master Etc)

After breakfast visit to Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and The Sangam of Zanskar & Indus River. Stay overnight in Leh.

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft). Post-lunch, enjoy the camel safari at Sand Dunes between Diskit & Hunder Village. O/N Nubra Valley. Hotel meal plan (B/D).

After breakfast, drive to Panamic hot springs. After enjoying hot spring at Panamic, drive to the Siachen Base Camp: the Highest Battlefield in the world. Meet Army people and get to know about the daily life at Siachen. Drive back to Nubra after some quality time at Siachen, via Sumur. Overnight at Nubra.

After breakfast visit Diskit Monastery (Big Buddha), where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and later drive to Pangong via Shyok river with amazing landscape and adventure. Stop for lunch at Durbuk and 1 hr continue drive to Pangong Lake. Enjoy the overnight at Pangong lake stargazing. Hotel meal plan (B/D).

In the early morning, enjoy the picturesque view of Sunrise on the lake. After Breakfast, drive back to Leh, en-route visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Our driver will drop you at Leh market where you can explore yourself. Later, a car will leave you at the service station. Hotel Meal plan (B/D). PS: The bike ride tour finish here, you have to hand over the bike key, bike with gear to our expedition team captain.

After breakfast at 7:30, we bid farewell to this wonderful trip and board. Time to get back to the routine with a bag full of happy memories and stories for a lifetime!

Accommodation on a Double / Triple / Quad/ sharing basis as per itinerary in hotels/camps. mentioned or similar (Double sharing for couples).
06 Breakfast and 08 Dinners.
Royal Enfield Himalayan bike including Petrol only for use as per the itinerary.
Dedicated tour Guide and Group leader / Captain.
Back up mechanic and vehicle for Luggage’s during the bike tour.
An Oxygen Cylinder 24X7 in the van in case of emergency.
All sightseeing and excursions as per the itinerary Only.
Inner line permits.
Riding jacket with L/XL size available only for Rider.
Biking Gears (Gloves, knee guard, elbow guard) *300 per pair.
Bike tour Itinerary started from the hotel only PS: We have Standard size of Helmets/ elbow guards / Leg guards, if some one have size issue, we recommended to bring your own gears.

Exclusions

5% GST and all government taxes.
Any sightseeing or excursion that is not mentioned in the itinerary.
Monument, Guide, other expenses not mentioned in inclusion.
Any item of personal requirement, such as drinks, laundry, telephone, etc.
Any medical or evacuation expenses.
Any expenses occur due to natural climate, security and other unexpected reason.
Any type of insurance – personal, medical, travel etc.
Any airfares.
Tips.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Fees if any will be discussed at the time of booking
Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
