Upon your arrival to the Port Blair airport, you will be welcomed by our tour representative that will usher you to the hotel for check-in procedure. After checking-in, you will have first half of your day for independent leisure. Later the day, you will be picked up from the hotel to enjoy a visit to the Cellular Jail and explore the exquisite architecture of this fascinating place followed by the Sound and Light Show. Later in the evening, you will reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

The first morning in Port Blair will give you some awesome experiences starting from a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After your breakfast, you will be transferred to the docks to catch your ferry ride for Havelock Island. After reaching to the island, you will be picked up by our representative and will be transferred to the hotel for check-in procedure. After the entire check-in procedure, you will have the rest of your day for independent leisure and explore the everlasting range of fabulous attractions and bewitching islands of the city. Later in the evening, reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Your first morning in Havelock Island will commence with some awesome breakfast at the hotel followed by a range of sightseeing experiences. At first place, you will be ushered to the Elephant beach for some great beach fun. Here, you can also enjoy some snorkelling (to be paid at site) and add some adventure to your journey. The Elephant beach is known to be a fine place for some photography, awesome sightseeing experiences and to relax at the white sandy beaches that lush with great range of trees, coral reefs and many more exciting natural attributes. Later the day, you will be proceeding to the Kalapather Beach by road to enjoy some sunset delights. Later in the evening, you will be transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Today, you will be served with a tasty breakfast at the hotel followed by your transfer to the ports to catch your ferry back to the Port Blair. After reaching to the Port Blair, you will be picked up and ushered to the respective hotel for check-in. After your check-in is done, you will be enjoying a half day city tour that covers some great attractions of the city including Fisheries museum, Anthropological Museum, Corbyns Cove and many more places. Later in the evening, reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Begin your last day of the trip with some utterly delicious breakfast at the hotel to savour on the bewitching range of culinary from the native culture. After your breakfast, you will be checking-out from the hotel and will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight for the journey ahead and leave the scenic island with a thought of coming back again in future and treasure more tranquilizing and bewitching memories with ASAP Holidays.

Any sort of personal expenditure like Landry, phone bills, alcohol etc.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.
After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.
Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.
In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.
Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Flight fares and transportation Cancellation fee applies as per the time frame.
Airlines Cancelation fees apply as per the Airlines Policy
Visa and Service fees is Non-Refundable

Note:- Minimum 6 month passport validity required for international travel.
Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
