Day1

Arrival at Maldives

With its sandy white beaches, natural lagoons and crystal clear sea water, Maldives is indeed a tropical paradise. On arrival, you will be greeted by ASAP Holiday’s representative at Maldives Airport and transferred to the hotel on a speed boat. Upon your arrival at the hotel and completing the check-in formalities, you could relax a bit and enjoy the amenities of the hotels, Overnight Stay at hotel.
Day2

Day free for Leisure

On this day, you could relax and enjoy at the hotel. After a delicious breakfast, you could spend the day at leisure by visiting the beaches on the beautiful islands. You could laze around on the sand, take a dip in the waters or sunbathe near the coconut trees.
Day3

Day free for Leisure

Having breakfast and rest day at leisure.
Day4

Departure

Following breakfast at the hotel, you would come onto the last leg of your holiday. After check-out, bid adieu to the beautiful islands as you get ready for your transfer to the airport to board your flight home.
  • Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
  • No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
  • Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
  • If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
  • If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
  • Standard Check in Time: 14-15 Hrs & Check out time 11-12Hrs.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.

For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.

After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.

Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.

In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.

Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 30% of the tour cost.

29 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

14 to 08 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

07 days or less than 07 days -Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

Visa Rejection

  • ASAP holidays can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers, granting of Visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy, if Visa is rejected by the Embassy on account of missing documents or other reasons then ASAP Holidays is not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply
  • Grant of visa is discretionary on the relevant embassy/ regulatory authority. Company will only act as a facilitator of visa formalities and shall not be held liable in any manner for the grant, objection or rejection of visa for any reason. In the event that you have applied for visa facilitation by the Company and the visa is rejected or not entertained by the embassy for any reasons whatsoever, the amount charged for such facilitation by the Company (if any) shall stand forfeited and the fee or any other charges deposited with the embassy shall under no circumstances be refunded. Such forfeiture is in addition to any other deductions that the Company is entitled to make under its cancellation policy. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking or handover of vouchers.
  • The Company shall be entitled to forfeit the non refundable amount paid by the client to the company. In the event the client cancels the booking or on failure on the part of the client to adhere to the tour payment schedule as informed in the documentation check-list or in the event the visa of any country is not granted OR unable to travel on the tour booked by the client due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non-refundable amount shall stand forfeited as per ‘Cancellation Policy’ stipulated hereinabove.
  • The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking or handover of vouchers.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Bank charges at the time of digital payment by credit card shall be bared by the customers only. Any charges imposed by the bank and payment gateways used by the customer shall be taken care by the customer only.

Please note, changes in the booking packages due to the currency conversion rate shall be bared by the customers only.

ASAP Holidays works as a third-party travel agency and shall not be held liable for bad experiences at the hotel properties chose by the customers.

Payment for the flight tickets shall be paid in full and in advance, while booking the holiday package.
