  • No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
  • Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
  • If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
  • If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
  • Standard Check in Time: 14-15 Hrs & Check out time 11-12Hrs.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.

For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.

After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.

Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.

In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.

Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 30% of the tour cost.

29 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

14 to 08 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

07 days or less than 07 days -Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
