Day1

HA NOI ARRIVAL – HOAN KIEM LAKE – CYCLO TOUR (NONE)

On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check in (standard check-in time is 1400pm) & relax. Hanoi is over 1,000 year-old and is currently the capital of Vietnam, as well as the commercial, political, and cultural heart of the country. In the late afternoon, we will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters, and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple. For the last part of the tour we’ll journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter by cyclo ride where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration, free by your own. Overnight in Ha Noi
Day2

HA NOI – HA LONG BAY BY SHUTTLE BUS

09.00 Await the collection of the guide and driver in your hotel lobby. Once they have arrived, we will begin our transfer to Hai Phong city. 12:00 Rest at the harbour as the V’Spirit Premier Cruise completes its final preparations. We can board shortly after this and enjoy our welcome drink. 13:00Sit down in the dining room for a delicious lunch and a scrolling view of the wonderfully unique limestone towers outside the windows. 15:15 Our first stop of the tour will be to the Tra Bau area, where we can take our kayaks onto the water and enjoy a thoroughly peaceful experience. Swimming is also available here. 17:00 We return to the V’Spirit Premier Cruise to catch the daily spectacle of a gorgeous sunset, as well as happy hour at the bar. Enjoy the cooking class put on by our talented chef as they give you an insight into Vietnamese cuisine. 19:00 Along with a fantastic dinner, we have a very special performance of traditional Vietnamese music in the dining room or on the top deck. Before you retire to your cabin tonight, perhaps you would like to head to the bar, the spa or join the crew for some squid fishing.
Day3

HA LONG BAY – HA NOI – FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH

Begin your new day with the Tai Chi session on the top deck, run by our onboard Tai Chi teacher as the sunrise greets us from behind the mountains. 07:00 Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay. 08:30 On sampan boats, some residents of the bay will show us their home by taking us to the Dark & Bright caves, two gorgeous caverns with a vast and enclosed lake on the other side. 10:30 Return to the ship and sit down for a lovely lunch buffet, on our approach to the harbour. 11:45 Stepping off the V’Spirit Premier Cruise at the harbour, we board the bus and head back to Hanoi 12:30 Return to Ha Noi, then we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh. You should depart your flight around 1730pm. Upon arrival you will be welcome by our tour guide and driver then take you to your hotel for check in. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day4

: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS – HALFDAY CITY TOUR – SAI GON SKY DECK

At 0830am, depart from hotel for half-day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels, 75 km Northwest of downtown Ho Chi Minh City, which were once a major underground hideout and resistance base of Viet Cong forces during the two wars against the French and later on Americans. The tunnels, entirely hand-dug, formed a highly intricate network of interlinked multilevel passageways at times stretched as far as the Cambodian border and totaling over 120 km in length. Its complexity was beyond imagination containing meeting rooms, kitchens, wells, clinics, schools, depots, trenches and emergency exits all aimed for guerrilla warfare. The tunnels were deep and strong enough to withstand destructive bombings and self-contained enough to outlast prolonged sieges. Back to Ho Chi Minh City. In the afternoon, half-day city tour to visit the War Remnants Museum, which features an extensive collection of exhibits including weaponry, photos and documentation on Vietnam’s wars with the French and Americans, and the Reunification Palace the South Vietnam President’s residence and symbol of the Southern Administration’s reign until end of April 1975. Next to Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, a neo-Roman cathedral built by the colonial French with materials entirely imported from Marseilles, Saigon Central Post Office, which was designed and constructed in the early 20th Century by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel. Finally, visit Ben Thanh Market – one the biggest local market and in Ho Chi Minh city. In the late afternoon, you will vist Saigon Skydeck at Bitexco Financial Tower. Visitors have the opportunity to visit Saigon Skydeck and enjoy full sight of the Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon River and many beautiful views of the city. And also you will have the chance to use the facilities and services at this Skydeck. Many activities with special offer prices for different customer groups.
Day5

HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH

Breakfast at hotel and travel past miles of flat rice fields, along a bustling road to the Mekong Delta, the world’s largest delta and Vietnam's largest rice bowl. On arrival in My Tho City, board a motorboat and navigate through intricate canals while observing the local daily life up close as well as the landscape of waterways and lush islands. Land on Thoi Son Island where you can listen to Southern traditional music performed by native artists. Next, you will change to a Sampan boat to cruise through the narrow canals and visit households with traditional occupations of home-based coconut candy and rice-wine making. Continue travel by motorized boat to another island to visit a bee farm and taste tea with fresh honey from the beehives and enjoy fresh fruits. Interact with local residents to understand about the river life. Their economy is based mostly on tourism, mangoes, bananas and citrus fruit. On the return to My Tho, stop to visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, a prominent local Buddhist structure built in 1850 with a unique architectural mixture of Vietnamese, Roman, Chinese and Cambodian styles characterized by a highly ornate façade. Return to Ho Chi Minh city. Free by your own. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day6

HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE

Breakfast at hotel and wait until our driver and tour guide come to escort you to the airport for your flight.
  • Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
  • No refund will be provided or tours will be re-scheduled in case of no-show.
  • Early check in and late checkout is subject to the hotel availability.
  • If there is a change in the assigned pick-up time or location then the same will be informed by the driver to guest.
  • If there is any change in flight by airlines then tours and transfers rescheduling will not be done.
  • Guest should arrive 15-20 mints prior in Hotel lobby for any tour or transfer.
  • Standard Check in Time: 14-15 Hrs & Check out time 11-12Hrs.

For the land arrangements, we would need INR 20,000/- as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.

For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times during a single day.

After making the token payment, you need to cover the 30% payment of the total package cost which can be made within 5-6 days through Net Banking, cash deposit or Cheque in our Bank.

Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be furnished 1 month before the travel date.

In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 1 month to travel date full amount needs to be paid in one go. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail/ Phone call.

Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days before the travel date.

Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 30% of the tour cost.

29 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

14 to 08 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.

07 days or less than 07 days -Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

Visa Rejection

  • ASAP holidays can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers, granting of Visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy, if Visa is rejected by the Embassy on account of missing documents or other reasons then ASAP Holidays is not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply
  • Grant of visa is discretionary on the relevant embassy/ regulatory authority. Company will only act as a facilitator of visa formalities and shall not be held liable in any manner for the grant, objection or rejection of visa for any reason. In the event that you have applied for visa facilitation by the Company and the visa is rejected or not entertained by the embassy for any reasons whatsoever, the amount charged for such facilitation by the Company (if any) shall stand forfeited and the fee or any other charges deposited with the embassy shall under no circumstances be refunded. Such forfeiture is in addition to any other deductions that the Company is entitled to make under its cancellation policy. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking or handover of vouchers.
  • The Company shall be entitled to forfeit the non refundable amount paid by the client to the company. In the event the client cancels the booking or on failure on the part of the client to adhere to the tour payment schedule as informed in the documentation check-list or in the event the visa of any country is not granted OR unable to travel on the tour booked by the client due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non-refundable amount shall stand forfeited as per ‘Cancellation Policy’ stipulated hereinabove.
  • The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking or handover of vouchers.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Bank charges at the time of digital payment by credit card shall be bared by the customers only. Any charges imposed by the bank and payment gateways used by the customer shall be taken care by the customer only.

Please note, changes in the booking packages due to the currency conversion rate shall be bared by the customers only.

ASAP Holidays works as a third-party travel agency and shall not be held liable for bad experiences at the hotel properties chose by the customers.

Payment for the flight tickets shall be paid in full and in advance, while booking the holiday package.
